England will not admit to this. France, on the other hand, takes to buttering America up about it and insists that he let him try to teach him again sometime. This is only for the sake of getting a rouse out of England. This is only due to the fact that others comment on it so much. When almost everyone around him teases him for having a heavy appetite or being a ‘fatty’, it tends to get to him, just like it would anyone else. But his happy birthday always means the most to America. They even bake a cake together, but they end up arguing over how to decorate it and who gets to decorate how much of it, and such. It results in a huge mess. They usually end up throwing the mattered red, white and blue cake in each others faces, but they’re always laughing and having fun all the while. Even though he parties hardy and has a hell of a time for himself, he’s also overcome by the air of national pride as well as a strong feeling of nostalgia regarding everything that’s happened since he became independent. He especially can’t keep his thoughts away from George Washington. |
